Fehérjében gazdag lencsewrappek omega-3-mal
Ezek a házi készítésű, fehérjében gazdag lencsewrappek tökéletesek egy gyors, egészséges ebédhez – akár elvitelre is. Egy extra adag omega-3 zsírsavért ajánljuk a mi Omega-3 Total olajunkat.
Hozzávalók kb. 8 wraphez
– 250 g lencse, 800 ml vízben beáztatva
– 400 ml víz
– csipetnyi só és bors ízlés szerint
– választható: 2 teáskanál zöldségalaplé paszta (vagy alternatív fűszerezés)
– olívaolaj a sütéshez
a feltétekhez:
– tetszés szerinti feltétek: pl. humusz és rukkola
1 evőkanál NORSAN / Adag
1 evőkanál Omega-3 Total olaj, vagy NORSAN Omega-3 Arktis
vagy 1 teáskanál NORSAN Omega-3 Vegan olaj
Elkészítés:
- Öblítsük le a lencsét, és öntsünk kb. 800 ml vizet egy nagy tálba. Ezután hagyjuk beáztatva legalább 2 órán át (vagy egy éjszakán át).
- Öblítsük le újra a lencsét, és tegyük turmixgépbe. Adjunk hozzá 400 ml vizet, sót, borsot és ízlés szerint 2 teáskanál zöldségalaplé pasztát, és turmixoljuk simára.
- Öntsük a tésztát egy forró, olajjal kikent serpenyőbe, és fakanállal egyenletesen oszlassuk el. A wrapek elméletileg olaj nélkül, tapadásmentes serpenyőben is megsüthetők.
- Tetszés szerint töltsük meg, és frissen fogyasszuk. Ha túl sok tészta maradna, akár le is fagyaszthatjuk őket.
- Végül öntsük az omega-3 olajat a feltétekre, vagy keverjük a finom mártásba.
