One Pot Pasta mit Omega-3
Die Ideen für ein schnelles, gesundes & leckeres Mittag- oder Abendessen, das der ganzen Familie schmeckt, gehen langsam aus? Diese leckere und vegetarische One Pot Pasta hat bisher jeden überzeugt. Frischer Blattspinat trifft auf fruchtige Cocktailtomaten und eine cremige Soße.
Zutaten für 1 Portion:
- 200 g Vollkornnudeln
- 300 g Hokkaido-Kürbis
- Olivenöl
- 1 kleine Zwiebel
- 1 Knoblauchzehe
- 300 ml Gemüsebrühe
- 250 g Cherry-Tomaten
- Salz und Pfeffer
- 1 EL NORSAN Omega-3 Total oder 1 TL NORSAN Omega-3 Arktis
Zum Verzieren:
- Parmesan
- Kürbiskerne
- Basilikum
Zubereitung:
1. Die Vollkornnudeln in kochendes Salzwasser geben und für die auf der Packung angegebene Dauer kochen.
2. Den Kürbis entkernen und in grobe Stücke schneiden. Die dünne Schale von Hokkaido-Kürbissen wird beim Kochen rasch weich und muss daher nicht entfernt werden.
3. Die Tomaten waschen und halbieren. Die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch schälen und fein würfeln.
4. Etwas Olivenöl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Zwiebel darin 1 Minute andünsten.
5. Den Kürbis dazugeben und für ca. 6 Minuten anbraten. Danach den Knoblauch hinzufügen und 1 weitere Minute andünsten.
6. Mit der Gemüsebrühe ablöschen und so lange köcheln lassen, bis die Flüssigkeit eingekocht ist. Nun die Tomaten in die Pfanne geben und ca. 2 Minuten mitkochen.
7. Etwas Salz und Pfeffer hinzufügen. Anschließend die Nudeln unterheben und kurz mit erwärmen.
8. Die Kürbis-Pasta in eine Schale füllen und 1 Esslöffel Omega-3 Premium Swiss Plus oder 1 EL Omega-3 Arktis unterrühren.
9. Nach Belieben mit geriebenem Parmesan und Kürbiskernen bestreuen und mit etwas Basilikum verfeinern.
