Superfood-Saláta Omega-3-mal
Tele van tápanyagokkal, gyorsan elkészíthető és szuper finom – ez a superfood csicseriborsó saláta édesköménnyel tökéletes gyors ebéd vagy vacsora. Egy napi adag Omega-3 zsírsavval ajánljuk. Omega-3 Total olaj
Hozzávalók kb. 6 adaghoz
Saláta
– 1 édeskömény
– 1/2 kis fehér káposzta
– 2 közepes méretű sárgarépa
Öntet
– 5 evőkanál extra szűz olívaolaj
– 2 evőkanál almaecet
– 1 evőkanál fehér balzsamecet
– 1 evőkanál tahini
– 1 evőkanál mustár
– 1 evőkanál méz
Csipetnyi só és bors ízlés szerint
Sült csicseriborsó
– 1 üveg főtt csicseriborsó
– 1 evőkanál currypor
– olívaolaj
Csipetnyi só és bors ízlés szerint
Feltétek:
– 1 maréknyi napraforgómagcsíra
– 1 marék friss petrezselyem
– 1 marék friss kapor
1 evőkanál NORSAN / Adag
1 evőkanál Omega-3 Total olaj, vagy NORSAN Omega-3 Arktis
vagy 1 teáskanál NORSAN Omega-3 Vegan olaj
Elkészítés:
- Mossuk meg a zöldségeket, és vágjuk finom csíkokra. Tegyük egy tálba, és keverjük össze 1/2 teáskanál sóval. Rövid ideig keverjük össze a kezünkkel, majd tegyük félre.
- Keverjük össze a csicseriborsót olívaolajjal és fűszerekkel, majd süssük meg a sütőben vagy airfryerben. Légkeveréses sütőben süssük 170°C-on kb. 15 percig, időnként megforgatva.
- Mossuk meg és vágjuk finomra a kaprot és a petrezselymet, majd tegyük félre.
- Készítsük el az öntetet, és forgassuk a zöldségek közé. Adjuk hozzá a sült csicseriborsót, a fűszernövényeket, a feltéteket és a NORSAN Omega-3 olajat, majd tálaljuk.
