Egészséges, sütés nélküli mogyorós karamellás csoki omega-3-mal
Egészséges nassolás – ezekkel az egyszerű mogyorós karamellás pralinékkal. A recept vegán, és tökéletes a karácsonyi szezonra, de a 2024-es új év egészséges kezdésére is. A NORSAN napi adag omega-3 zsírsavát is elrejtettük a csokoládékkrémben.
Összetevők
Pralinékrém:
– 65 g mogyorókrém
– 65 g barna mandulakrém
– 40 g datolyapor
– 2 evőkanál juharszirup
– 15 g víz
– 1 nagy csipet vaníliapor
– 1 teáskanál NORSAN Omega- Vegan olaj vagy az Ön által választott omega-3 olaj
Sütihez:
– 100 g teljes kiőrlésű korpa
– 25 ml mandulatej
– 150 g étcsokoládé
– 50 g apróra vágott mogyoró
– 10 g nyers kakaópor
Feltétek:
– 50 g apróra vágott mogyoró a feltéthez
– 50 g étcsokoládé a tetejére
Elkészítés:
- Keverjük össze a pralinékrém összes hozzávalóját egy üvegpohárban.
- Keverjük össze az összes hozzávalót a sütihez egy tálban, amíg egy darabos keveréket nem kapunk.
- Formázzunk sütiket.
- Tegyük a tetejére a pralinékrémet, az olvasztott csokoládét és az apróra vágott mogyorót.
- Tegyük a hűtőbe 1-2 órára vagy 15 percre a fagyasztóba.
